Returns Policy

Although, our aim is to provide quality service and products, customer may return products they are not satisfied with. If the item ordered has been damaged when received from delivery you must contact our customer service

The policy of the return is that the products must not have been damaged, used or opened and in original packaging in a resaleable condition. We recommend a photograph is taken of the item prior to returning.

Please ensure that you email us and then return within 28 days from the day you received your items. You must put your order number and contact details and then we will inform you on where you can return your items. Any damaged items during returning shipment will not be refunded. Any shipment cost is to be paid by consumer.Once we receive your returned goods we will refund your money back to your source of payment within 7 days. Some banks may show delay on your refund.

Furthermore, we are not responsible for lost orders if you select for your parcel to be left in a safe place or with the neighbor. SKH Styles is not liable for any lost, damaged, stolen orders and replacement orders. This is to be addressed to parcel forwarding company.

We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or any health hazards as we are not selling our own manufactured products. Please contact the manufacturer directly.
